2. Return Shipping Costs (Buyer Responsibility)
Please note that the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as Tsz Hin Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

  • The original outbound shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
